TOS/Rules for commissions and adopts/designs
When you adopt a creature or character from the circus, or you order a ticket for a work of art, these are important to keep in mind!

Commissions
--------------------------------------------------------------------
1 - I take full payment upfront, I can hold slots, the hold can be discussed in DMs.
Payment through Kofi or Pay-Pal [ See Contacts for Kofi ]2 - Commissions can take either a few days or a month depending on the complexity and motivation. I will DM you a rough estimate as well as if there may be any complications with the piece.
[ Such as complexity affecting the piece, or if real life things are affecting my art. I will refund if it takes too long ]
[ Let me know before anything if the piece NEEDS to be done by a specific time ]3 - Describe in as much detail as you can for complex scenes or other complex art you order. Feel free to even draw a rough doodle of what you have in mind, like an ms paint stick man drawing can work just fine!4 - I will send low quality screenshots of sketches/lineart to make sure the art is to the customers liking, this will be your only time to suggest changes to poses, once out of the sketching lining stage it cannot be changed.
[ At the final stage I can do minimal changes if requested, ONLY MINIMAL ]5 - Any lack of response is either due to real life issues or sleeping, be patient please.6 - You are free to use the piece however you like such as for reposts, pfps, wallpapers, etc.
I ask for credit be given, however you don't have to, DO NOT CLAIM YOU MADE THE ART!

Adopts/Designs

1 - The design will be fully yours once full payment is given!2 - You will be given an unwatermarked image of the creature/character! If you have a Toyhouse, the character will be transferred over! If you do NOT have a Toyhouse, your preferred socials link and name will be put onto the adopts profile!3 - You can change anything you want about the character once you own it! Give it a backstory, change its species, whatever you want!4 - Make sure the character is INFACT available, DO NOT pay for a design before you know if it's open or not!5 - DO NOT use the character or design in AI or to train AI or being used with AI at ALL!
[ Using any of my art in AI is prohibited ]6 - I can hold an adopt, but it cannot be for more than a month!
[ I can sometimes make exceptions ]7 - If I do not respond quickly to you, I most likely am asleep or busy away from my computer! Please be patient!8 - DO NOT re sell this character for MORE than it was bought for, UNLESS it has extra art coming with it.9 - I do not refund creature designs or adopts, apologies!If you have any other questions, feel free to ask for a DM!
